Roseann Russo
July 24, 1936 - December 27, 2022
Roseann Russo (nee Marchiselli) passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at age 86. Born in Bronx, NY to Emma and Michael Marchiselli (deceased). She is survived by sister Angela Abruzese and brother-in-law Joseph of Naples, FL. Roseann was a cherished Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Step-mother, Aunt and Friend.
Roseann graduated from the Mandl School for Medical Assistants in 1955 and worked as a phlebotomist. For many years, she was Head Bookkeeper at John Civetta & Sons, Inc. An accomplished artist, she also loved reading, travel, gardening, animals, and being with family. Roseann's wit and ready laughter brightened any room.
Roseann married James Russo in 1970. After his passing in 2018, she moved to Naugatuck, CT. She was a loving mother to son Frank John Euvino, Jr. (deceased) and daughter-in-law Kara Euvino of Naugatuck, CT; and a beloved grandmother to Sara Euvino and husband David Grabiec of Seymour, CT. Roseann was a loving step-parent to James Russo, Jr. and his wife Linda of Spanish Fort, AL; Tina Lydecker (deceased), Anthony Russo (deceased) and his wife Janet, and Joseph Arthur Russo (deceased), all of Orlando, FL. Roseann will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.
The family wishes to express deep gratitude to the Waterbury Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, AccentCare / Hospice & Palliative Care of Middlebury, Connecticut, and the private nurses for the wonderful care during her final days.
