Lisa Jones of Willimantic, passed away on Friday, May 14th 2021, in a tragic car accident at the age of 57.
She was a nature lover and a free spirit, who loved to hike and spend time outside. She was also a loving mom and grandmother; and she cherished spending time her beautiful grandchildren Elijah, Joel, and Kalani.
She will be dearly missed by her daughters Mariah Brazeau, Rachel Colton, and Lyndsey Jones.
Lisa grew up in Coventry and leaves behind her 5 siblings David Dow, Michael Dow, Laurie LaBrec, Katheleen Boothroyd, and Mary Hill. She was predeceased by her parents Earl and Pat Dow of Coventry, Connecticut.
She also leaves behind 10 nieces and nephews, and the many friends she made throughout her short life with us on earth.
She is watching over all of us from heaven, singing her favorite quote by Bob Marley, "...don't worry, about a thing, cause every little thing, is gonna be all right."
Tentatively, there will be a memorial service to celebrate Lisa's life on June 6th, 2021 at Hammonasset Beach State Park. Details to follow.
