So here it goes: the final thoughts of Kevin Quinn, or as most people called me The Beeman. I hate to have to tell you all, but apparently I have passed away. I always knew it would happen, I just hoped it wouldn't happen to me. At least I officially made it to "old fart" before I left. I have been a very lucky guy and have had such an amazing life. I have traveled all over the world.
I have had numerous adventures and have met tons of unique people. The ones who were as crazy as me, are still my friends. I got to be my own boss doing something I love. I also made a beautiful family and life for myself. I got to sing and dance, boat and fly, skydive, snowboard and wakeboard. But most importantly, I got to laugh and party with people I loved. All in all, I'd say I did a damn good job at the whole life thing. I will miss my kids, Kyle and Allyson, their mother Donna-Marie, my dog Bisou, Kathy, Joan, and all my amazing friends. The only good part about having to leave is: being surrounded by people who haven't heard my jokes yet. I also don't have to deal with Trump as the president anymore!
There will be a celebration of life party on October 11th at 5pm at 311 Wooster street in new Britain. In lieu of flowers, please donate to The Queenie foundation or the North Shore Animal League.
Thank you to each and every one of you for being the reasons my stories and my life were so extraordinary. I love you all.
Until we meet again...
*throws up a peace sign*
It was such a pleasure having you as a friend and I am truly thankful for the enjoyment you shared with me and so many of our friends. The memories of 50 yrs of fun & frolic are heartwarming, inspirational - but so suddenly cut short of some summer concerts & wakeboarding plans; and the adventures won't be the same without you...with eternal fondness & friendship >>> RIP BeeMan.
Kevin was full of positive energy. Always a smile on his face and laughter in his heart. Bob and I have many fun memories that will stay with us always. We will miss him.
Kevin was such a nice and talented guy. He was an asset to the Mt. Laurel Ski Club who will be sorely missed.
