James J, Blumberg, 41, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at his Mother's home. He was the son of Laura Blumberg, and the longtime Fiance of LeeAnn Worden. Mr. Blumberg was born on December 11, 1976 in Manhasset New York. He and his Mother later moved to Woodbury Connecticut, where James attended school. They again moved to Naugatuck Connecticut, where he and his Mother have resided the last 20 years. James worked for Cumberland Farms for 8 years, and then became his Mother's sole caretaker.Jimmy, as his Mother and friends called him, adored his dog, Dozer. They went everywhere together, especially the walk bridge where Dozer would chase the ducks. Jimmy also had a deep love of art and photography. Besides his Mother and Fiance, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, John and Jeanne Queenan, three aunts, several cousins, three stepsons, Shawn, Austin, and Jeffrey, one stepdaughter, Ashley, one granddaughter, Hailley, and many, many, many close friends.
