James Alexander Resi of Beacon Falls, CT passed away peacefully at Hartford Hospital at the age of 68 on October 12, 2021, surrounded by his loving family.
James is survived by his daughters, April Barry (John) and Jamesette Dobrovich (Adam), sister, Susan Cowles (Peter), brother, Robert Resi and his five grandchildren Jeff, Carter, Emma, Adam Jr., and Mason.
James was born in Patterson, New Jersey to Alexander and Theresa (Debronsky) Resi. The family later moved to Stratford, CT where he attended Bunnell High School.
He loved riding his motorcycle and building his model airplanes in his free time. He also enjoyed visiting his grandchildren in both California and Connecticut. Jim was a wonderful father, grandfather, friend, and neighbor. He was truly one of a kind and will be missed dearly by all.
Friends and family are welcome to attend a memorial service, which will be held at First Congregational Church of Stratford, 2301 Main Street, on Tuesday, October 19th at 10:30 am.
